we gather to pray around the Book of Common Prayer and desire to see an Anglican Church planted in Kalamazoo, MI.
Our origins
Vitaliy and Marissa Voytenko and their children moved to Kalamazoo in 2024 following their vision to see a church of Word and Sacrament planted in the city. Vitaliy is a professor at Western Michigan University’s medical school, and Marissa is a professional artist. They have a deep love for the “Anglican Way” and a heart for hospitality, music, and the arts.
We are a part of Christ Church Anglican in Grand Rapids, MI. Our heart is to see an Anglican Church planted in Kalamazoo, MI because we have found a richness and joy in the Anglican tradition that we believe will be a blessing to many.
